Foodie Club FAQ
As a Foodie Club member you will save on groceries and fuel, earn lots of freebies, and get pharmacy perks.
The Foodie Club is Harmons' rewards program. Earn points with every purchase, then redeem them for freebies, discounts, and fuel savings. Just enter your phone number or scan your Foodie Club barcode in the Harmons app. Plus, clip coupons for even more savings.
- Open the Harmons App.
- Tap "More" in the bottom right of the footer.
- Select "Foodie Club Rewards."
- Sign in using your eShop login.
From here you can:
- View digital coupons
- Track punch club items
- Check grocery rewards
- Check fuel rewards
- Earn Points: Get one point for every dollar spent on groceries (excluding alcohol).
- Prescription Rewards:
- Earn 100 points for each 30-day prescription (non-government subsidized).
- Earn 20 points for each 30-day prescription (government subsidized, not eligible for fuel rewards).
- Redeem Rewards: Use points for Foodie Freebies, discounts, and fuel savings.
- Instant Savings: Clip manufacturer coupons directly to your card.
- Open the Harmons App.
- Tap More.
- Select Foodie Club.
- Tap View Card.

As a welcome to the Foodie Club, you'll receive an email after registration. Open this email to choose your welcome item, which will be loaded to your account and free during your next purchase.
You'll receive an email when a Foodie Freebie is automatically loaded to your account, or track your rewards in the Harmons App.
No worries! We can add the missing points to your account. Contact us for assistance.
Points reset at the end of each Foodie Freebie period. However, any Freebies earned during these periods can still be redeemed through the end of the following month. The periods are:
- Jan. 1 to March 31 — Redeem by April 30
- April 1 to June 30 — Redeem by July 31
- July 1 to Sept. 30 — Redeem by Oct. 31
- Oct. 1 to Dec. 31 — Redeem by Jan. 31
Yes! You can earn points on prescriptions and immunizations just like any other purchase.
How to Earn: Present your Foodie Club card or provide your phone number at the pharmacy.
Points for Prescriptions:
- 100 points for each 30-day prescription with non-government subsidized insurance.
- 20 points for each 30-day prescription with government-subsidized insurance (not eligible for fuel rewards).
Harmons offers six punch clubs: artisan sandwiches or wraps, café coffee, artisan bread, gelato, salsa, and soup. Your purchases are tracked, and once you reach the required number of punches, the next one is on us! You'll receive an email notification for your next free purchase. Punch clubs reset annually on Dec. 31.
Fuel points expire on a 30-day rolling calendar.
