An often-overlooked component of a good burger, the classic sesame-topped hamburger bun wasn’t strong enough to stand up to the flavor and juiciness of our burger. We paired the burger with our ciabatta bun, but we weren’t expecting a wow moment—kind of like expecting a blind date to produce “the one.” However, that’s exactly how it went down—it was clear that this burger’s soulmate had been found.

Nothing is more infuriating than praying that your “special” order is heard and followed. We get it. So, we made it simple—you top it.

The Patty

That was the founding mandate of Just Burgers. A Just Burger is the perfect marriage of tenderness, flavor, and texture. Snake River Farms American Wagyu beef and Double R Ranch American Choice chuck are simply seasoned with Redmond Real Sea Salt and ground black pepper for an experience that delivers on every level.

The Fries

True fry connoisseurs will agree that the path to the perfect fry has many steps. We start with the right potato—Idaho russets. We brine our fries, fry them in Snake River Farms Wagyu beef tallow, and let them cool and chill overnight. Then we flash-fry them to perfection right before we finish your order.

Our process produces a crispier, better-tasting fry. It may be the longer path, but it’s the right one.

Sauce is important and, let’s face it, fries were made for sauce. We have your fries covered.

That said, may we suggest our savory aioli? It’s a secret blend of savory favorites that will have you applying it liberally to everything on your plate.
